The Ultimate Ballpark Bag Packing List

Everything we actually pack in our ballpark bag after years of tournaments, long Saturdays, and learning the hard way what’s worth bringing and what’s not.

After years of long Saturdays, double headers, surprise rain, and someone always needing something, this is what stays in our ballpark bag at all times. It covers players and parents, because let’s be honest, if mom doesn’t pack it, it’s not coming.

Player Essentials: Game Ready
Health + First Aid Kit

Keep this in a small zipper pouch so it’s easy to grab.

This is the section everyone ends up borrowing from.

Weather Survival Kit

Because we’ve all sat through 45 degree mornings and 92 degree afternoons in the same weekend.

If you’re at travel ball long enough, you’ll use all of it.

Parent Survival + Comfort

The “You’ll Be Glad You Packed It” Fix It Kit

This is the difference between calm mom and frantic mom.

Broken chair? Stuck zipper? Glasses loose? Someone spilled something? Covered.

My best kept secret...

We pack this organizer for the car for easy access to all the snacks (that don't need a cooler), extra clothes, cold weather accessories, and all the THINGS! What makes it wonderful is the handles, we just pick it up and drop it in the wagon and off we go! I saw a mom use a laundry basket and I needed to step it up!

Where does it all go?

As I'm preparing for the weekend of traveling I always dump everything out on the kitchen table because it never fails that the tournament before has left my bag in shambles.

I then pick out all the necessary things for that weekend, the whole if it's going to be 90 degrees then I don't need gloves kind of conversation. I make sure chargers are charged as well.

I like packing in my clear zipper cases and then it all goes into my Yeti Camino!
